The Trial of Georgina Hallows

The Trial of Georgina Hallows

IF you’re on the lookout for some suitably fiendish Halloween entertainment, this one-night-only immersive experience promises jump scares and historic true crime in suitably atmospheric city centre surrounds.

The Trial of Georgina Hallows is described as “a spine-chilling journey through the historic court rooms, corridors, cells and down into the depths of the catacombs of St George’s Hall, where the past comes alive in a bone-chilling tale of witchcraft and mystery.”

Inspired by a witch trial that ended in the execution of the titular Ms Hallows, the performance combines shock horror, murder mystery and some Most Haunted-style ghost hunting, as “the spirits of the past beckon you, drawing you into their tragic tales”.

Intrigued? There’s a few chances to catch the piece tomorrow (October 31) between 5pm and 9.15pm, and you can find out more here.
